Nathan was born and raised in Visalia, CA and moved to Fresno, CA in 2010 to attend CSU Fresno. Nathan has always known that he had a passion for real estate so during his senior year of college he dual tracked and got his real estate license in 2013. Later, in 2013, he graduated with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a focus in Real Estate/Urban Land Economics. Nathan’s calling to real estate is to help make his community a more vibrant and sustainable place for everyone to live.
Over 10+ years he has developed a multifaceted skill set gaining experience as a property manager for single family, multi-family luxury, and low-income housing for several years. Most recently, Nathan worked for a local developer as the Land Acquisition Manager and also the Commercial Development Project Manager. Since then, Nathan has managed over 600 apartments/homes, contracted over 400 hundred acres for purchase & sale totaling $70million+ and also oversaw the development and leasing/sale of 40k+ square feet of commercial space. When Nathan is not working on a project or assisting clients you can find him tinkering in his garage, trying out the latest recipe he felt inspired to make, or chasing his toddler around the house with his fiancée.
