Meet Emily

Fresno-born and bred, Emily Coyle loves to help her community blossom and reach its full potential through real estate. She began working in the industry when she was just 15 years old and grew to love it. After graduating from California State University, Fresno, she had plans to become a teacher, but she chose to remain in real estate.

 

When Emily eventually became a licensed agent, she immediately knew how to achieve her clients’ goals thanks to working with dedicated, yet personable professionals who taught her the business inside and out. Her wealth of knowledge also comes from her organic experience working for a local homebuilder, a farmer, a land developer, a house flipper, and an investment firm. And she cultivated vast expertise as she progressed from administrative roles to the departments of land development, accounting, sales, design, capital investments, and land acquisitions.

 

From first-time buyers, seasoned buyers and sellers, and out-of-state property seekers, Emily welcomes all clients and wants to replicate her own memorable homebuying experience for them. Focused and driven, Emily’s clients are her top priority, and she guides them through the process with ease. But she doesn’t forget about the other people she works with; she’s determined to build worthwhile relationships with agents, lenders, and all service professionals.
